About
For most of his life Bill Nieranowski has dabbled in art. Now retired, he is able to devote time to honing his artistic skills. Bill has studied with accomplished artists Harley Bartlett, David Baggarly, Howard Park and others. Bill’s principle medium is oils but he also creates with casein and watercolors. His goal is to create art that is "attractive to the eye, and engaging to the mind" through the use of shape, value, and color.
